Linda Blondheim Art

Linda Blondheim Landscape and Tree Art.

Linda blondheim

My work focuses on rural agricultural land and trees. I live and work in the rural agricultural area of my county. I paint the farms and ranches in north central Florida and occasionally the coastal areas. I’ve been adding some small graphite drawings to my art offerings. I hope you enjoy them. They are 4×6 inches, just right for a small collection.

My next studio party will be Saturday, May 11th, from 11 AM – 4 PM at my Country Studio. This will be my annual Cake Party in celebration of Mother’s Day each year. All 8×10 inch framed paintings in the Country Studio will be 210.00 for the party. I’ll have a nice selection of small, graphite drawings at 20.00. Just right for gifting or collecting for yourself. We will have a nice selection of homemade layer and pound cakes, hot tea, coffee and soft drinks. This is a dessert party. Come and walk Deer Woods Trail before it closes for the hot season. This is my last studio party until Fall.

I am now offering private tea parties for you and up t0 10 guests at my studio. My studio assistant Carolyn and  I will serve sandwiches, fruit and homemade scones with a variety of hot teas. No cost to you. This is a gift to my friends and collectors. Reserve a private tea party for your friends! Email me linda@lindablondheim.com

My heart is filled with gratitude for all of the kind folk who support my career year after year.

They bless me in so many ways with their kindness, thoughtful support, and friendship.

Mission

Florida is my home, and I have painted and roamed the fields and woods here all of my life. I grew up around horses, cattle and dogs. Growing up in north rural Florida has given me a deep appreciation for agricultural land and trees. These subjects are the focus of my work.  As our rural areas of Florida fall to development, I feel it is urgent to preserve these beautiful lands and scenes on canvas. Future generations will know how lovely natural Florida was during my tenure.  I have a trail on my own land where my dog Tucker and I walk every day. We enjoy the wild creatures who share the land with us. I’ve been a country painter most of my life and I love the culture and cuisine of this region. Many artists in Florida paint the tourist areas of Florida, offering massive numbers of reproductions. I only paint original paintings in oils and acrylics. My paintings are one of a kind and unique. I paint the natural world where my roots grow deep.
