Time to Rearrange

It is time to rearrange my studio. My tea room is too small for social distancing and sitting for tea. I need to host guests for tea in the larger room of my studio. I am rolling around in my brain as how to conform my studio to safer Covid 19 requirements.

Time to Rearrange

I’m going to set up a table for four about 8 feet from my work table in the main room. I can accomodate from one to four guests safely with masks. No more big groups, but we do what we must. My work table will move into the tea room on one of the tables that were used for tea. It will become the room where the tea pot, coffee pot, toaster oven will live. It will become more of a service room and framing tool room.

I will put my pretty tables from the tea room into the nook room, where I hang my large paintings, my bird, tea, and wildflower kits, tea bag paintings and notecards. I will have a better set up for guests and it will be safe. I always sanitize the surfaces, door knobs, etc. before and after guests leave. I’m going to feel a lot better about using the space I have and welcoming my guests. I’ll get started on this in a day or two.

Today’s Recipe

Sausage Artichoke Dip

1 (14 ounce) can of Artichoke hearts, drained and diced
1 lb of sausage, cooked and drained
1 (8 ounce) container of cream cheese (I use full fat, you can certainly use light)
1 (16 ounce) container of light sour cream (you can use full fat)
2 (4 ounce) cans of green chilies
1 cup of shredded Romano, Asiago and Parmesan Cheese (this comes in one container, shredded together)
1 additional cup of just shredded Parmesan cheese

Put all ingredients in your crock pot and turn on high. Stir occasionally, once hot serve with crackers.
